1st Annual Dog Day Afternoon, a Costumed Dog Walk and Pet Expo

Dress up both yourself and your dog. There will be prizes, food, pet adoptions, and more, all that is a dog day afternoon. Registration begins at 9:00am sharp! Walk will begin at 10:00 am followed immediately by a walk across the stage to be showcased. Proceeds raised from the event will go to Canine Companions for Independence, Boy Scouts of America Troop 491 and local charities.

Team captains can do a great job of getting a group of friends and co-workers to sign up and come out to the walk. The team who turns in the most dollars wins our roving “Stanley Pup” that is engraved with your company or family name, and it is in your possession for the year.
